The warmth and grandeur of our restaurant is only exceeded by our astonishingly high standard of cuisine, for which we have won many accolades, and our fine wines, some of which are produced in our own Vineyard.

Our guests are offered a choice of many traditional English, as well international dishes, which use only the finest local produce such as salmon and trout, game from local estates and Herefordshire beef and Welsh lamb from local rare breed farmers. Our fresh seasonal vegetables are supplied daily by local market gardeners and herbs are picked from our own garden.
