We have two commercial BOSU Balance Trainers. Bosu, an acronym for “Both Sides Up”, is an ingenious device that will work the whole of your body. Whether you are looking to improve your cardio stamina, muscle strength, flexibility, balance or work on more sport specific training, the Bosu has it all! Simple exercises such as lunges, squats, push-ups and abdominal curls are made much more challenging, so muscles such as the glutes, quadriceps, pectorals and abs are really put through their paces.

We have one commercial, top of the range model XC900 cross trainer. The elliptical cross trainer offers TRUE’s patented Core Drive® system that provides the most natural movement and keeps the user in the centre of the exercise motion for superior balance, stability and comfort. Tru's proprietary Side Steps allow the user to step off and drive the XC900 using the upper body only, making it a true cross trainer.

The iconic rowing machine - the Concept 2. Using a rowing machine, provides both aerobic exercise and strength training. Rowing strengthens the core, upper back, shoulders, arms, glutes, and legs.

Treadmill

Treadmill exercises are effective at increasing heart rate to a healthy level, so they are also very beneficial as a warm-up exercise. Elevating your heart rate to a healthy level will enable you to perform other exercises, such as weight training or other cardio exercises, with increased safety and success.
