Terms & Conditions
- We have a 72 hour cancellation policy (must be informed by 10am ). Deposits are non- refundable. Cancellations made after this time will result in the total booking cost being payable.
- 28 days notice of cancellation is required for group bookings.
- Check-in time is 3pm Check-out time is 11am.
- Apologies we don’t have a lift – stairs only.

- Guests must be over 18 years old to book a room
- Guests below 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
- We are unable to accept cash payments, cards only.
