Hay-on-Wye has become world famous for its secondhand and antiquarian bookshops, and it has become the World's largest Secondhand and antiquarian book centre. It also Hosts the famous Hay-on-Wye Festival (2023 dates are 25th May - 4th June) - These days it attracts 100,000-plus visitors over 11 days to engage with the world's great writers, poets, philosophers, historians, scientists, comedians and musicians.
Held annually each Summer, rotating between the beautiful Cathedrals of Worcester, Hereford & Gloucester. The Three Choirs Festival is a week-long programme of world-class music making, featuring choral and orchestral concerts, solo and chamber music recitals, talks, cathedral services, theatre, exhibitions. One of the elements which makes the festival so special is the Festival Chorus, which is made up of auditioned singers from the local area trained by professional directors, meaning that the Chorus both sings to a high standard and is a real part of the community. Three Choirs is thought to be the longest-standing classical music festival in the world and celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2015.

Miniature Golf - A twelve-hole roman ruin fantasy outdoor course with all-weather artificial-turf fairways. There are even Laser Tag activities to take part in.
